Cody started preschool at an inclusion preschool, Headstart, in August! He takes the school bus to and from school, too. This was a tough adjustment on Mommy at first. Mommy was sentimental about him taking the bus and going to school since he's definitely not a baby anymore!
He has amazed us with his social skills and his mobility. He learned to climb out of his crib in October, so Daddy had to take that out of the room and have Cody sleep in a toddler bed.
Cody has also decided that it feels good to take his shirt off and his diaper when he is supposed to be taking a nap. He also wishes he could be in Jeremy's karate class-- this was too cute, last week @ Kovar's, Cody was copying the kids doing different animals they act out during their running portion of the class and when they laid down like a dead bug, Cody was imitating and laying down on the carpet with his arms extended out like the other kids! Cody also always makes sure he says "hi" to everyone in the room @ our church and at Kovar's. Everyone really enjoys him- he always makes sure everyone is included. His first phrase he's said a couple times now is " I like this." The first time he said it, he yelled it! We are so so proud and blessed at how well Cody is doing!
